ShareSpaces stores the details a lister types, and the name, phone number, and message a seeker sends. The legal basis we rely on is the seeker’s consent, under Federal Decree by Law No. 45 of 2021 (the personal-data law). The official text is on the UAE legislation portal.

An enquiry is saved before any WhatsApp link is shown. The consent sentence on the form is stored with the enquiry. An admin can see enquiries in the admin queue. A lister sees the enquiry so they can reply about that home.

We do not sell these details. We do not use them for advertising. Demo listings contain no real phone numbers.

To ask for a copy or deletion, email the address published for sharespaces.me. Until a company is named, write to the site admin. We do not yet have a registered data-protection contact.
